Christmas food, but not as you know it.

The second in our series of Exploring Sustainability supper clubs; this one celebrates all things Christmas! From savoy kimchi & blue cheese garlic bread, pork jowl & brussel sprout-topped pizza & miso poached pears to eggnog ice cream sandwiches, this is not one to miss. This menu is possible because of our close relationships with our suppliers.

Bursting with uniquely produced, fun variations on classic Christmas flavours, this menu is an innovative, seasonal, truly sustainable taste journey for you to enjoy.

A feasting style menu where you get to try a bit of everything including:

A cocktail/mocktail & nibbles

£30 per person + service charge 

PLEASE NOTE: This ticket acts as a deposit for your spot at one of our supper clubs.  The remainder of the balance, including service charge & any other items purchased will be charged at the pizzeria at the end of your meal.

Our menu for the event can be found below.  Please note, this event is served as a sharing menu.  Please confirm any special dietry requirements when booking and we will tailor your menu accordingly. 

Kicking off with:

A cocktail/mocktail & nibbles

Followed by:

+Savoy kimchi and blue cheese

garlic bread

+Salad of chicory, cavolo nero, apple, pickled chillies, walnut and WK miso (vg)

+Guanciale, prunes, bread

The main event:

Some of our WK classics and...

+Venison salami, pickled onions, oregano, fiordilatte, tomato.

+Wild mushrooms, cavolo nero, Ogleshield cheese, fiordilatte, rapeseed oil.

+Potatoes, capers, red onion,

vegan truffle mayo (vg).

+Devon Blue cheese, chicory, pears,

fiordilatte, garlic oil.

+Pork jowl, brussels sprouts, chestnut béchamel.

To finish:

+Eggnog ice cream sandwich

+Sticky toffee doughnut w/ toffee sauce

+Poached pear & miso, vegan vanilla ice cream
