At the heart of our menu is some seriously delicious - award winning-, British-inspired sourdough pizza, cooked Neoplitan-style. Sustainability, and exciting flavour combinations drive our menu so you can expect seasonally inspired salads, canapés, sides and desserts, served up either from the hatch, or table service style.
We are proud to work with some of the best producers that the UK has and we source Charcuterie from Tempus Foods, leaves from Sutton Community Farm, veggies from Langridge Organic and our mozzarella is organic, and british made with a lot of love.
The piece de resistance is our dough, lovingly made in house from no more than flour,a rye based sourdough starter and water. We use a combination of Organic white flour from Shipton Mill and ancient grains from Duchess farms and Hodmedods, which we mill into our dough, ourselves.
Having proudly featured in Time Out, ES magazine & Observer Food as one of the 'Top 10 street food in London', over the past 8 years, we have delivered bespoke events- from weddings, and corporate events through to film catering, and themed birthday parties, for hundreds of clients
